Refund policy

At Otaku Printworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, contact us at gerardoherediart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning your item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at gerardoherediart@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
